Level 3 Teaching Assistants – SEND Contracts

Full-time and part-time opportunities available with flexible start dates. Location: Leicester and Leicestershire. Start Date: June or September 2026.

We are looking for nurturing and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis across schools, including children with mild to moderate SEN.

The Role

• Provide targeted 1:1 or small group support for pupils.
• Support pupils with mild to moderate SEND, helping them access the curriculum and develop confidence in learning.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and support staff to monitor pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Support the preparation of learning resources and classroom activities.
