Leveraged Finance Associate (NQ - 1PQE) | US Firm

We are seeking a Junior Leveraged Finance Associate (NQ–1 PQE) to join a prestigious US law firm, working closely with a market-leading partner.

Role Overview:

You will be part of a highly regarded leveraged finance practice advising on a broad range of complex, cross-border financing transactions. The team represents leading private equity sponsors, credit funds, and financial institutions on acquisition financings, refinancings, and restructurings across the capital structure.

This is a hands-on role offering early responsibility, direct client contact, and exposure to both sponsor-side and lender-side mandates within a collaborative and high-performing team.

Candidate Profile:

• NQ–1 PQE with experience in leveraged finance or Private Credit from a top-tier finance practice
• Open to E&W, Australian, New Zealand or South African qualified lawyers
