Leveraged Finance Lawyer, NQ-2 PQE – US Firm

We are working with a leading Finance practice in London that is seeking to appoint a junior associate within its Leveraged Finance team.

The successful applicant will join a team which acts for banks, private credit funds, PE sponsors and corporate borrowers, advising on complex, multi-jurisdictional leveraged finance transactions.

We would like to see applications from junior lawyers with up to two years’ PQE, this includes newly qualified lawyers who were admitted to practice in 2025.
