Opportunity Description
Position Purpose
The candidate will manage and administrate licences’ lifecycle with external and internal partners (such as SExO, Sales, Legal or Finance).
Reports to
Vice President - Partnership Management
Responsibilities
- Overdue / collection invoices from partners
- Admin of license agreements, statistics, royalties, follow up
- Manage license agreements for 60+ vendors
- Facilitate internal logistics STB resale
- Partner communications
- Internal communication on information related to partners
Profile
- Administration Education
- Minimum experience of 3 years at international environments
- Fluent English is a must
- Legal knowledge valuable
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and results oriented with a can-do attitude
- Fast learner
