Licensed Escrow Assistant (Independence Title - Salado Office)

Independence Title Company in the Austin, Texas area (Salado Office), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a Licensed Escrow Assistant. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

The Licensed Escrow Assistant is responsible for:

· Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a home sale.

· Handling, and having comfortable knowledge in: A to Z processing: frontend, curative for Schedule C, working up CDs/HUDs, as needed, and post-closing/funding tasks.
