Summary The Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Programs (BHIP) Licensed Independent Provider (LIP) is accountable for clinical program effectiveness and modification of service patterns. The clinical incumbent is a non-supervisory entity in the Mental Health Service Line serving Veterans through in person, VA Video Connect (VVC), and Clinical Video Telehealth (CVT).
