Licensed Optical Manager L3 - Sam's Club $5,000 Sign On Bonus*

**What you'll do...**
***Signing Bonus:**
You will receive a signing bonus in the amount of $5,000.00, less applicable deductions to be paid in three (3) installments. Payment schedule is as follows:

+ $2,000.00 will be paid to you after 90 days of continuous employment.
+ $1,500.00 will be paid to you after 1 year of continuous employment.
+ $1,500.00 will be paid to you after 2 years of continuous employment.

If your commitment to Sam's Club changes for any reason; if you voluntarily terminate your employment, or if Walmart / Sam's Club terminates your employment for a cause prior to your two (2) years of employment anniversary, you will be responsible for the full repayment of the sign-on bonus. The sign-on bonus is taxable income and will be reduced for required withholding taxes.
