Job Summary:
HumanHire is partnered with a well-established, multi-specialty oncology practice seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support a few high-volume outpatient cancer care centers. This role works closely with a multidisciplinary team, providing hands-on clinical support, patient education, and coordination of care in a fast-paced setting.
Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the electronic medical system, including vitals, history, medications, and allergies
• Monitor and manage provider communications through the EMR, ensuring timely follow-up on assigned tasks
• Support inventory management by tracking supplies, placing orders, and stocking clinical areas
• Prepare and sanitize exam rooms prior to patient visits
