Summary The LTC Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse for the Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT) at the Canton VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), within Ambulatory Care Service. The LPN/LVN requires a general review of their work by an RN for appropriateness and conformity with license, policies and procedures.
