Summary The primary purpose of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 6 is to perform assigned duties in a manner that promotes quality health care, positive customer service and the maintenance of an environment committed to serving the veteran. Responsibilities Major duties included but not limited to : Licensed Practical Nurse within this organization is responsible for delivering patient care in a variety of settings. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills in communicating with the patient, families, co-workers and interdisciplinary team members. Administers vaccinations and other injections following standard medication center policies. Consistent in initiating, performing, and completing assigned duties in providing care to variable patient populations.
