Immediate Supervisor: Nursing Support Manager

Position Summary: Provides medical care to the people we serve by performing skilled nursing duties; guiding and assisting direct support staff in the provision of medical services and performing other nursing related duties as directed. Provides medical care, training, guidance and assistance to direct support staff in monitoring health, documenting medical services/outcomes, and implementing medication administration, exercise programs, and other prescribed services. Monitors and documents outcomes based on goals accurately; provides direction and feedback.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education, Training & Experience: Current NYS LPN license

One (1) year LPN experience
