Proposed schedule includes: two 12-hour shifts (7:00pm - 7:00am) (additional $4.00/hour), two 8-hour shifts (11:00pm - 7:00am) (additional $7.00/hour), rotating weekends (additional $2.00/hour). Summary: LPN I performs nursing care to residents within an assigned work unit under the supervision/direction of a Registered Nurse.
