LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE I, LPN I

Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide nursing care for selected patients under skilled nursing (RN) supervision. Assist in delivery of health care as member of team.

Position Requirements / Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Graduate from a standard High School or GED equivalence. Graduate from an approved Licensed Practical Nurse Program. One to two years experience in acute care or ambulatory care setting desired.

Licensure / Certification: Licensed to practice as a LPN in the State of Florida. Maintain current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Skills / Ability: Bilingual skills (English/Spanish, English/Creole) desired. Must have excellent communication skills. Ability to type 25 WPM. Basic computer knowledge desired.
