Actors Fund Home , an assisted living, skilled nursing, accredited dementia care and sub-acute rehabilitation center located in Englewood, NJ, and a recipient of a CMS Five Star Rating is seeking Full Time or Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurses to provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN to our residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants.
JOB DUTIES

• Ensures that all residents are assessed and evaluated as per policy and procedure throughout their stay by reviewing resident's plan of care.
• Coordinates nursing services to ensure that the resident's total regimen of care is maintained.
