Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor and document client condition.

Report changes to supervising RN.

Support clients and families in their care journey.

Qualifications:

Active Maryland LPN license.

1+ year of clinical experience.

Current CPR/First Aid certification.

Compassion and reliability.
