Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Temecula, CA

We are seeking an experienced LVN to provide dedicated homebound care and support for a middle school-aged student during summer school. This half-day, Monday through Friday position begins as soon as possible and runs through July.
Ideal candidates will possess:

• Current and unrestricted LVN/LPN license in California
• Previous experience supporting student health needs, preferably within a school setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate approach and commitment to pediatric care
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a home environment

• Delivering routine nursing services for a homebound student, ensuring all health and safety needs are met
• Monitoring and documenting the student's status and any care provided
