**We are hiring for the FTE day shift position with rotating weekends.**
+ **Hours are 7am-730pm and 7pm-730am**
+ **Rate: 33.60-43.30 hourly**

+ Assist in assessing the health status of patients and contribute to the development and modification of individualized care plans.
