Current Openings:

• Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - 8-hour shifts
• Nights: 10:30 PM-7:00 AM
• Will work every weekend and every-other-holiday rotation.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Incentive Weekend Program in skilled care is responsible to assist the RN Manager/RN Supervisor with ensuring all nursing procedures are addressed and resident care issues are handled according to our Philosophy of Care. This care will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement and regulations.
