The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region.
The LPN/LVN assesses patient health problems and needs, takes vital signs, administers medication, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
You will report onsite to the Conviva De Leon Center located at 1860 S. Seguin Avenue, New Braunfels, TX 78130.
You will report directly to the Manager, Clinic Administrator.
