The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region.

You will be reporting to: Manager, Clinic/Center Administration

As an LPN/LVN you will perform clinical tasks such as: assessing patient health problems and needs, taking vital signs, administering medication, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. You may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. You understand own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. You work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but have some latitude over prioritization/timing, and work.
