Licensed Practice Nurse

Orchard Park Family Practice is seeking an LPN with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience to perform professional nursing care, phone triage, rooming of patients, obtaining vitals, medication review and administration of immunizations while working in a team atmosphere. This nurse will work with the providers and their care teams.

The ideal candidate will have superb customer service skills, empathy, patience and the ability to reassure and calm concerned patients. We seek an individual who possesses a broad knowledge of medical terminology, exhibits excellent verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail as well as the ability to work within a team.

Must hold a current New York State LPN License. Experience with Medent preferred.
