Role:

The Social Worker “SW” manages the psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs of residents residing in a skilled nursing center. The SW will develop and/or aide in the access of services. Services will be provided in accordance with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics along with strict adherence to government regulations.
