Licensing Exams Associate

Job Description

Facilitate licensing examination requests, results and related requirements of advisor candidates nationwide.

1. Coordinate with agency managers and concerned staff on the registration of advisor candidates for licensing exams

2. Coordinate requests for special exams nationwide and secure schedule with the Insurance Commission

3. Ensure check payments for licensing exam fees are requested and paid to the Insurance Commission on time

4. Register and ensure licensing exam requirements are submitted by the advisor candidates and payments are made prior to registering to IC or IIAP licensing exams

5. Coordinate with IC and IIAP's concerned staff for the results of licensing exams

6. Distribute licensing exam results of recruits to concerned NBOs and agency managers/recruiters
