Position Summary

Thales Canada is looking for a Life Cycle and Materiel Manager (LCMM) – Combat Systems Specialist to support its non‑Combatant In‑Service Support Programs for the Royal Canadian Navy. The LCMM – Combat Systems Specialist is responsible for engineering support and technical oversight of various systems including navigation, communications, command and control, data processing, sensor, and ship weapons systems on board Navy platforms. Accountable to the Operational Support Manager, the role manages activities to establish and maintain configuration and design intent of assigned systems and to manage any changes through end‑of‑life and divestment.
