What Youll Be Doing
- Owning and optimising end-to-end lifecycle flows using funnel and cohort analytics across onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and cross-sell
- Developing event and segmentation-based retention and reactivation programmes built around contextual messaging, event triggers, and personalised guidance
- Working with Product, Marketing, and Data to identify behavioural drop-offs and design interventions to reduce friction
- Leading growth and engagement campaigns, product rollouts, seasonal moments, and ecosystem partnerships
- Owning creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and narrative consistency across all touch-points
- Managing campaign workflows, production timelines, approvals, and localisation by market
- 5+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing
- A solid understanding of user behaviour and funnel analytics
