Opportunity Description
East Bank Club is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Lifeguard/Swim Instructors to join our team. As a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for weekly lifeguarding shifts and instructing swimming lessons for learn to swim skill levels. You will be tasked with ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants while teaching proper swim techniques and water safety.
Currently seeking a lifeguard for weekday and weekend availability. Typical shifts times are near 8a-2p or 2p-8p.
Pay Rate:
Lifeguard Hourly Rate: $18.00
Swim Instructor: 100% commission. Commission structure: 40% of service revenue. Estimated earnings range: $24-33 per hour based on typical services volume.

+ 60 minutes $32.00
Youth groups
