Role Overview
The Social Media Assistant provides the engine room support for the Editor. This role is focused on high-volume production, technical execution, and the logistical side of our social presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Production: Create daily layouts, and IG Story frames using Canva adhering strictly to brand guidelines.
- Event Support: Attend events alongside the Editor to capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage and upload real-time updates (Stories).
- Paid Content Execution: Build and monitor commercial executions and ensure all paid assets are formatted correctly.
- Drafting & Posting: Build reels from raw footage and draft captions for the Editors final approval.
- Community Management: Handle the heavy lifting of daily engagement, filtering comments, tagging brands/talent, and organizing the DM inbox.
