The Lift Maintenance Assistant supports Lift Mechanics with the routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chairlifts, surface lifts, and other ropeway transportation systems at The Highlands. This role supports the safe and efficient operation of all lift systems used by guests and employees. Work is performed under the supervision of the Lift Maintenance Manager and senior mechanics while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
