Position Overview

Oversee and lead all aspects of ski lift operations and assist with ski lift maintenance/repair at Diamond Peak Ski Resort.

Responsible for daily lift operations and supervision of staff during the operating season.

Responsibilities

• Manage lift operations and staff during the operating season.
• Assist with ski lift maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure recordkeeping and safety compliance.
• Handle customer service and training.
• Maintain communication with staff and the public.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ski lift operations.
• Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory position.
• Working knowledge of lift maintenance, safety and tool operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
