Opportunity Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate lifting operations on-site
- Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in compliance with approved lifting plans
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with HSE requirements
- Inspect lifting equipment and accessories before use
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site personnel
- Monitor lifting operations and report any unsafe conditions or incidents
- Mechanical Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- LEEA Approved Lifting Supervisor Course or equivalent lifting supervisor certification
- Good knowledge of lifting operations, rigging practices, and safety requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in lifting operations
