About the role:
In this key role, you will be responsible for preparing complete and accurate Land Information Memorandums (LIMs) across a variety of property types, ensuring they are delivered to customers within statutory timeframes. You'll liaise with internal teams to gather and verify the information required for LIMs and support the maintenance of the Council's internal Proper Properties register, including managing the movement of data to new property records.
