Limousine Ambassador (Coordinator)

• Perform the duties as a limousine dispatcher according to the Limousine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee and assign jobs to drivers based on queue list through Limousine Dispatch System (LDS).
• Ensure all guests’ special requests are met, booking details are correct before dispatching out to drivers.
• Allocate vehicles for any ad‑hoc requests and assign them accordingly.
• Monitor all drivers’ movements during their shifts.
• Forecast current day’s vehicle requirements and activate or stand down outsource disposal fleet based on operational demands.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines and procedures.
