**Position Summary:**
+ ADM is seeking a skilled cook to prepare and serve daily meals under the direction of a Captain on a lineboat at American River Transportation Company (ARTCo).
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Provide balanced and nutritional meals at scheduled meal times
+ Provide fresh baked goods & desserts on a regular basis
+ Maintain & order galley stores and supplies within the budget allowed
+ Maintain organized and clean galley and personal area
