The role  

Our Line Chefs are responsible for producing all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner. This role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in London Gatwick

Line Chef duties include: 

  • Cooking food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. 
  • Facilitating special requests from guests if received.
  • Managing wastage through correct product measurement. 
  • Ensuring you are working towards all kitchen SOPs at all times.
  • Setting up and stocking food items and other necessary supplies. 

    • Beyond that, you'll represent our company values and culture, ensuring that service excellence remains our top priority.
