Black Cat/Bramble & Hare, a Green Michelin Star restaurant located in the heart of downtown Boulder, is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced line cook to join our team. We are looking for someone driven by a commitment to excellence and creativity. This role requires proven culinary experience and a dynamic mindset, as our menu changes daily to showcase the freshest harvests from our 500-acre certified organic farm. Our line cooks play a vital role in crafting exceptional dishes using ingredients sourced directly from our fields. Responsibilities include working on daily farm harvests, whole-animal butchery, charcuterie, scratch cooking, and developing dynamic, seasonal menus.
