Looking for an experienced Line Cook to cover LUNCH and MORNING shifts.
MUST be able to rotate weekends.
High Volume and/or Catering Experience Heavily Preferred.
Lunch Hours: 8AM-4PM Tuesday-Friday
Brunch Hours: 7AM - 4PM Saturday + Sunday
Your Role: As a Lead Line Cook, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the exceptional culinary creations that define DIEGO. You will:
Collaborate with our culinary team to prepare and execute menu items with precision and consistency.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen. As a late night chef you will be responsible for closing down the kitchen at the end of the night.
