The Line Cook at Tillie’s Restaurant is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of dishes with precision, consistency, and creativity. This position plays a vital role in delivering the high-quality culinary experience Tillie’s is known for. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and shares a passion for food and hospitality.
Primary Job Duties:
+ Champion the Camp Lucy culture by upholding company values and delivering exceptional service at all times.
+ Work collaboratively to foster a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing kitchen team environment.
+ Prepare and cook menu items according to Tillie’s recipes and presentation standards.
+ Ensure all dishes meet quality, taste, and portion specifications.
+ Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service.
