**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Ensure safety of all employees
+ Ability to resolve conflict
+ Coordinate the movement of LTL shipments within the ACT network efficiently and safely
+ Make accurate and timely line haul projections
+ Help manage driver compliance with all State and Federal regulations
+ Provide consistent leadership to the line haul group
