A high‑impact, Agile‑trained leader driving the vision, strategy and transformation of Barclays’ global Liquidity product suite, spanning Term Deposits, Notice Accounts and Fund Investment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global Liquidity product strategy, aligning with evolving market dynamics, client needs and regulatory expectations.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation through to commercialisation and optimisation, unlocking revenue growth and delivering differentiated, scalable solutions.
