JSC Novatek is the largest private owned gas company in Russia. Novatek Gas and Power Asia Pte. Ltd. has been operational in Singapore since 2014.

The Ust‑Luga Complex, located at the port of Ust‑Luga on the Baltic Sea, serves as a critical facility for processing stable gas condensate into high‑value products such as naphtha, jet fuel, and gasoil. Novatek exports and sells these refined petroleum products on the international market. The Liquids division manages this end‑to‑end process.
