Job Overview Job Title: INTERVENTION TEACHER | Classification: Full-Time, Salary Exempt | Reports To: Crew Culture Leader or Principal Summary: To provide targeted, data-informed intervention instruction that accelerates student learning and closes academic gaps in math and English language arts. The Intervention Teacher (Lead Teacher) designs and delivers high-quality lessons, collaborates with a supporting teacher, and fosters a positive and inclusive environment. This role is essential in supporting AXL Academy's academic achievement goals and ensuring equitable access to learning for all students.
