Litigation and Collections Counsel

Job Description

Position Overview:  NewCo Capital Group is seeking a full-time Litigation and Collections Counsel to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in handling legal matters, litigation, collections and judgment enforcement, as well as some general corporate work.  

Key Responsibilities

• Represent NewCo Capital in a variety of litigation matters, including collection cases, contract disputes, regulatory issues, and other legal proceedings. 
• Oversee judgment enforcement procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 
• Manage an active caseload of contested and uncontested matters.
• Implement strategies in furtherance of collections and recoveries.
