As a Litigation Assistant, you play a crucial role in managing a caseload of pre-litigated cases, primarily focused on personal injury claims for our union members. These cases encompass a variety of scenarios, including road traffic accidents, employers' liability, and public liability claims. 

A very varied role, the Litigation Assistants carry out a range of tasks, including initial assessment on merits when the case exits the portal, obtaining evidence in support of liability including from witnesses and pre action disclosure, As well as obtaining medical evidence where appropriate, instructing non-medical experts where appropriate and decisions on disclosure, they ar...
