Litigation Associate (5+ years)

LockGordon has an immediate opening for a full-time litigation Associate in our Malvern, PA area office. This currently is a hybrid (remote/in-office) position.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in handling an active litigation case load.

Candidates should possess superior analytical skills and strong written and oral communication skills and will be expected to independently manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end, work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects, regularly handle court appearances and depositions, and communicate with clients and provide status reports.

Candidates must have a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Admission to the New Jersey or New York bar is a plus.
