Litigation Associate

Whitemore James Black is presently working with the boutique San Francisco office of a national law firm on their search for a Litigation Associate. The San Francisco office works on exciting FDA litigation involving products we use in our everyday lives. A hybrid working model is available.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of prior law firm litigation experience. Prior FDA experience is not required, but experience in one of the below practice areas is preferred:

• False Advertising
• Environmental / Prop 65
• Products Liability
• Insurance
• Employment Law / Occupational Health
• Privacy
• Telecommunications
