Litigation Attorney (1-8 years)

We are looking for a motivated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Mission Viejo, California. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including lemon law defense, personal injury claims, and property damage disputes (plaintiff and defense work!). This role offers hybrid work, hands-on partner training, trial exposure, and a diverse caseload.


Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, tailored to your experience level.

• Represent clients in court appearances several times a week.

• Conduct and defend depositions, with an average of 2-3 sessions weekly.

• Draft motions for summary judgment and other legal documents as needed.

• Respond to discovery requests and assist clients in providing necessary documentation.

• Participate in vehicle inspections and other case-relevant investigations.
