Litigation Attorney

Mid-sized law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience, preferably with a background in employment law but not required. The position will expose the applicant to a wide range of litigation practice areas, but with a focus on employment matters.

Responsibilities:

• Independent caseload management
• Cultivate new client leads
• Appearances at Court proceedings - in person, telephonic, and virtual
• Manage EEOC/DHR filings
• Conduct depositions
• Delegate tasks to paralegals and/or other attorneys
• Manage/prioritize deadlines and delegated tasks

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Active NY license to practice law
• Employment law experience is preferred
