Sr-Level Litigation Associate/Jr. Partner – Healthcare Defense (Hybrid)
Our client, an AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking a senior-level Litigation Associate/Partner to join its Philadelphia office. This role focuses on healthcare-related litigation, including the defense of institutional clients and affiliated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing matters through all phases of litigation
- Drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive motions
- Handling written discovery and depositions
- Preparing witnesses and participating in hearings, mediations, and trials
- Communicating directly with clients
Qualifications:
- 8 years of litigation experience
- Experience representing a diverse range of healthcare providers and related organizations is a plus, but not required
