You will gain exposure to sophisticated litigation matters across VCAT, the County Court and the Supreme Court, acting for builders, developers, owners corporations and homeowners. The practice handles a broad range of disputes, including domestic building matters, commercial litigation, Security of Payment claims, insolvency issues and complex multi-party proceedings.
