Litigation Paralegal

Our client, an Am Law 200 full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Collin County office. This role supports attorneys in a fast-paced commercial litigation environment and offers the opportunity to work on complex matters through all phases of litigation, discovery, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with commercial litigation matters from inception through trial
• Draft routine legal correspondence, pleadings, and litigation-related documents
• Manage and maintain litigation files and case materials
• Collect, organize, review, and summarize records and discovery documents
• Support all phases of discovery, including document production and e-discovery coordination
